Dear Mr Tuan,
I am writing to thank you for your all the trouble you and your company went to on our recent tour of Vietnam. My father is well now and will have another operation here in France in a few months time. After that he should be back to normal.
My family and I really appreciate everything you did for us. We were still able to enjoy our time in Vietnam even though my father was in hospital. You and your company could not have made it easier for us. We are very grateful for the tours, meals and accommodation you arranged for us at such short notice and that you did not charge us for all the problems we caused you.
I would also like to thank guides who helped us so much during our trip. They was very good and fantastic.
We will recommend your company to anyone who is thinking of travelling to Vietnam.
